To say that I was unhappy with my stay here would be an understatement. First of all I called and made a reservation 5 days before my arrival. I specifically asked for 2 adjoining rooms next to the pool. What I got instead was told that my room was all ready rented. I was told that even though you call in advance and are given a confirmation number "that doesn't guarantee that you will have a room when you get here". I once again requested that I be put "some where close to the pool" only to find out that I was put on the 3rd floor (mind you the pool is on the 1st and 5th floor) So I go up to my room which was ok besides it smelled of dirty feet and they neglected to tell me that there is no refrigerator as well. Oh and by the way if you're paying with cash be prepared to pay a $50.00 deposit which I was also neglected to be told until I was all ready here. And I also hope I get back considering when I checked in some guy was fighting the desk to get his back. Also, you have to get your pool towels (rationed out) up at the front desk only to be treated rudely when you ask for them and told that they are all out. Finally, plan on bringing extra money if you want to eat considering they DON'T even provide a continental breakfast. I was informed that "for a reasonable price" you can purchase breakfast but nobody could tell me exactly what that reasonable price was. All I gotta say is never again and thank you for making my daughters Sweet Sixteen Birthday less then a pleasurable experience.
