I can't say enough about the quality of our stay at Staybridge Suites, GR. We arrived late morning and figured we would have to find something to do until check-in time, but, they were more than accommodating and immediately cleaned a room for us to check in early. We were in our room w/in 30 minutes. The staff was amazing and the rooms were spotless. We felt at home.

The only downfall was that the pool was outdoors, however, there was a Holiday Inn across the road. We didn't ask, but, wondered if we would have privileges to swim in their indoor pool, since Staybridge is part of the Holiday Inn family.

The location couldn't have been better. We were in town for a wedding at the new Public Museum. It was a quick 15-20 min. drive and very easy to find. I was shocked how much shopping was nearby.

Staybridge Suites will be at the top of our list next time!

We stayed here for two nights in May. We booked a two room suite so that my husband's mom could stay with us. She had her own bedroom and bath which was separated from our bedroom/bathroom by the sitting area and kitchen. The suite was very nicely laid out and quite spacious. I was pleasantly surprised at the very good price. We had our two dogs with us (we were attending a competition nearby) and my only complaint is that it was hard to find an appropriate place to walk the dogs. There was one spot in the back of the hotel adjacent to a deep ravine that we used but there was a lot of trash back there. The breakfast buffet was very, very nice, much better than I had expected. There was something for everyone.

I love this hotel, it has everything it needs. The rooms are big and perfectly equipped. They upgraded the tvs to flat screens and one I even got a room with Jacuzzi! The staff, amazing! Mitch, at front desk, and Victor, from the Shuttle are the best, they make you feel like home. You wake up and there is always breakfast. If you dont have any plans for the evening you can eat a light meal and then head to do some shopping! Real close from the mall a major shops. Everytime I get here, everything makes me feel like home!

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites Grand Rapids/ Kentwood in September 2011.
We chose this location as our Son stayed there also for a number of weeks prior.
The facility and its staff were excellent in every way
Our rooms were ideal, we had a large two bedroom suite and it felt like home.
Dennis and his team are so customer focused you would struggle to better the service levels anywhere.
We have travelled extensively in many countries over the years and would totally endorse this establishment to anyone.
