I stayed one night at this hotel due to a cancellation of my flight to the west coast. I was pleased with the service and the hotel in general. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit dated, but was very clean. I would not book this hotel for a recreational stay, but for a short stay it is very acceptable. This is basically a business hotel. I would stay here again.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive to try this hotel, but decided to give it a shot. After expecting a sub-par hotel and staff, I was extremely surprised that the hotel is very nice and the staff was very kind and willing to do anything to give me assistance. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed two nights on business and was pleased with the location, but unimpressed with the room. The place is more like an old Holiday Inn, than a Hilton. Sure it has granite countertops and nice bedding, but shabby is shabby. Worst of all was the bathroom. If you go to the trouble to remodel, do it right. Granite and new faucets just doesn't make up for the nasty old tile, tub and vanity. I've found a lot of mildew in my time, but this place was bad. Check out the pictures I've posted. I put a little water on a damp face cloth and ran it across some of the black areas... and a lot came off without effort. If you can afford to stay somewhere else, do it.

Every time I have stayed here, I have been impressed with the professionalism of the hotel staff. I feel like I'm in the Ritz-Carlton and the management must certainly run a tight ship. Rooms are very nice and impeccably clean. Layout is a bit confusing, but you find your way fairly quickly. I would have expected breakfast to be included in the room rate, but is a separate bill. Would stay here again.
