They have a sign on the outside that states rooms are 39.95 a night. Try and get it though. There were no other cars on the lot, and I drive by here every day on my way home from work. I live an hour away and needed to stay overnight to get some extra work done. I have tried for two weeks and the 39.95 room is NEVER available. NEVER.
You cant reserve it so I guess I will show up at noon when rooms become available and see what their excuse is then.

My husband and I spent 2 nights in this motel, during a high school reunion celebration. We were concerned, initially, when we arrived on property, since there were no other cars present. While the humble rooms were clean, we noted that the beds and linens were very worn/used. The towels provided were almost thread-bare. Any movement on the bed mattress, resulted in feeling the actual spring within the mattress. Again, we stayed for 2 nights, during which we expected that some sort of housekeeper would enter our room and make up the bed, remove any accumulated trash, and provide clean towels. We left for several hours during the day, only to return and find that the towels used had been replaced. The room had not been straightened, nor the bed made, resulting in a huge disappointment. Several of the light fixtures did not work and, upon investigation, we discovered the reason to be that there were no light bulbs present in the fixtures. Upon attempting to use the TV remote control, we experienced dead batteries. When we attempted to contact the front desk, directly, no one responded to several attempts to alert them. This included ringing the desk bell, as well as calling out, vocally.

This motel was by far the best I have stayed at. It was cheap and affordable and the service was great. The managers were great and the staff was extremely friendly. I stayed there for one full week and I have to say that my stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is willing to get a peaceful night of sleep!

Stayed for 5 nights and received excellent service. Rooms were clean and nice. Hotel was under renovations and for $45 a night. Couldn't get a hotel room cheaper anywhere cheaper in Flint
