I spent one night in this hotel. The staff were helpful...the breakfast was good. All in all it was OK for a one night stay.

We stayed here while traveling from Lower MI to the UP. Excellent customer service, great rooms, comfortable beds and Bob Evans right next door. Walk in rate $99. Also near strip mall and Wal-mart, right off of I-75.

The staff at this hotel is great. The pool area is the best in town, although the common jacuzzi is too hot. The common breakfast area has been updated and it looks great. We booked a jacuzzi suite and this room has not been updated in some time. For me, this is the only negative. We have booked non-jacuzzi rooms here before and those have all been updated. This is our place to stay when visiting relatives in Gaylord. It is also good for business travelers.

I stay at this hotel about three times a year and prefer this hotel to others in the area. The staff is always very accommodating and the breakfast filling. The rooms could use updating but I've always gotten a clean room with a very comfortable bed. I enjoy using the pool and the jacuzzi. The location is very convenient. I will stay here again in March and look forward to the terrific service I receive.
