I recently stayed at this property and thought it was very nice. The staff was outstanding, The room was very clean and it was quiet. I would stay there again.

Property seemed nice when checking in, but after we got to our room, things seemed a bit off. It had it's share of good and bad.
Our "suite" basically was the addition of a small loveseat, coffeetable and a fridge, but essentially a regular room. On top of that the loveseat was in poor shape - the cushion was worn, torn, and stained - not something I wanted to sit upon.
Mattress did not live up to my expectations as the typical Holiday Inn express - I could feel my husband's every movement at night. It felt like a much lower quality mattress than I'd expect to find with this chain.
The tile floor in the bathroom was cracked and the door to the bathroom wouldn't shut without force.
Swimming pool and hot tub had a murky tinge to them, and there was no place to put the old towels after you were done - you also had to get them from the front desk.
The breakfast was good, and quickly refilled when we were there.

We needed a place to stay and found this hotel listed on our Garmin (GPS). The price was great, hotel staff was friendly, the room was spacious, the pool was nice, the breakfast was fine for our family of four. I usually look up reviews for places we stay beforehand, but we drove further than planned and ended up here. I'm glad we did!

While the hotel seems fairly well maintained, there are some problems.

The water was so hard I could not use bar soap and instead had to use body wash.

The staff was not willing to make minor concessions for guests, they simply unappologetically stated policy, and gave no suggestions as to how to resolve the issue. Further the staff was generally unfriendly with only one exception. Some staff were unproffessional (making coments about guests in front of others).

The front desk initially charged us for 4 people when there were two of us in the room (and our reservation was clear that there would be two in the room)

overall you would be better served going to another hotel (many options within 15 minute drive)
