Unlike the previous reviewer, we had no problem with the beds. Maybe they've purchased new mattresses, maybe we like a harder bed. The Osceola Grand was great for us. My spouse is from Evart and we returned for a high school class reunion. The class first gathered for the school's homecoming football game, so the hotel was super convenient for us. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful desk staff, were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility and the room -- a biggie for us -- and had a nice, relaxing night's sleep at a very reasonable price. The hotel offered wi-fi, a complimentary breakfast and a refrigerator in the room -- all that we need. We'll be back again for future reunions.

This Super 8 has changed names. It is now the Osceola Grand Hotel. The outside is well maintained. The inside appears to be taken care of until you sit on the bed. So very hard and old. We could not sleep. Plus 2 doors down, there were 2 very large dogs in the room. Any time that anyone would walk down the hall, you could hear them bark. Very very loud barking! They were on the 2nd floor and could be heard down the hall, downstairs in the lobby and pool area as well! Nice location for picking up at Spring Hill the next morning but next year we will stay in Clare. Between the hard beds and barking dogs, it was a complete waste of our money. We did not sleep.
