Stayed at this hotel with a wedding group. I have working in the hospitality industry for many years, and I try to see the best with place, but it was difficult here. The staff was nice, but unprofessional and a little unsure of what they were doing. There is a breakfast room which also must serve as a laundry room, because linens and towels were filled in the room when we checked in. The hotel is suppose to me a non-smoking hotel, but it was clear our room had been smoked in multiple times. The room had a dirty feel to it, and the comforter spent the entire time in the corner of the room, because it was dirty. The TV had only a couple of channels and would loose signal anytime the wind blew strongly. Apparently, this hotel used to be a Baymont Inn because the Baymont sign was still written on the hotel and was only partly covered with a sheet. However, the Baymont Inn sign was fully light at night. There is no way I would stay here or at any other Magnuson property again.
