Seeing other reviews about poor customer service? what are they talking about? we made a night before online res. and I made mistake, booked same day not next so I called direct to fix date and the same gentleman that told me to book online earlier because of cheaper rates answered and said I already fixed it for you. When I arrived next day the girl did not find out faxed res. but made no fuss and gave us room for $15 less than rate booked. For $69 a night..."It is what it is" ... on Auto show last saturday near casinos I thought we did good. Our room reminded me of a John Dillenger movie set... we had two TWIN beds...yes a 1985 color TV with a old cable box with a functioning remote. The remote was nasty so we disinfected it with wipes before use. The carpet needs replaced no doubt in this room...but I dont see this room hardly being rented out with exception of major event days and if I were a Journeymen building FORD field or Coamerica park Im sure this would be the perfect long term, weekly rental room. We could tell we were first in a long time to use room 910. our view was awsome, the people mover was 100 yards away, and the breakfast was better than a 5 star Marriott. Nice people..so i give them 5 stars for customer satisfaction. You have to respect a 95 year old building in one of the oldest, coolest cities in the US> lastly the elavator was a bit scary...but cool and The Milner is perfect for winding down from a all day cigerette fogged gambling experience...hell by the time we got back out cloths,hair and skin were full of nicotine so it was no mind on how clean and classy our crash site was...as the terminator would say... "Ill be back"....
