Stayed at this hotel December 31, 2011. I had reservations for Friday, December 30th 2011, and Saturday December 31st, 2011. Unfourtnatley we couldn't make it Friday night, so I called Thursday afternoon to cancel our Friday night reservation but still wanted Saturday nights. When we went to checked in around 3:30pm, we were told there was no reservation for us. The staff at the front desk were so rude, they wrote down their 1-800 reservation line on a piece of paper and told us to call them. After speaking to them, whoever I talked to Thursday afternoon canceled both of our reservations. I had confirmation numbers and all. The staff at the front desk told us to stand around, and hopefully someone would cancel. For guests coming out of town, this was the worst, unprofessional experience ever! We waited 2.5 hours in the lobby, and someone eventually canceled. Our original rate for the room was $187.00, they told us they couldn't give us our old rate, we had to go with the current rate of $271.00 and on top of that we still had to pay $20.00 for valet. (Only parking option). The next morning, I asked for a recipet and the lady hassled me about it. When I recieved my recipet I was charged $361.00...$90.00 over what I was suppose to be charged. The front desk refused to help me and insisted I call the 1-800 number again. After getting off the phone with them, they refuned me the $90.00. I would never stay at this hotel again. Rates are consinatley changing and no one is on the same page, expecially the reservation line!

after reviewing your comments, i am terrible sorry for the way you feel toward us, although i was the manager on duty that who told you that i will take care of you just give me half an hour. The problem starts when you booked your room for discounted rates for two days, when you cancelled one day that removed the whole reservation due to the type of discounts you got. Unfortunatly all hotel's rate every where varies due to supply and demand like airfares, and we are not the only hotel that has different rates, it is the market. We made sure that you are taken care off although we were sold out and it is new year's eve.
Again i am verry sorry for the way you feel toward us because i thrive on customer satisfaction, and i assure you that as a customer you will be always my number one priority.
