I stayed here with my son for a hockey tournament. It is conveniently located to Ferris University and to shopping. The Bennigans served a breakfast buffet but the hash browns were greasy. The waitress was nice enough to have the cook make me some new ones! You can also get 10% discount at that Bennigans at the front desk if you're a priority club member. Please note that you can keep going back for those coupons as often as you want! The room was clean, but slightly run down. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were fine. You do have to ask the front desk for hair conditioner if you want it.

I recenty stayed at this holiday inn 7/22-7/23 for my birthday getaway.. I wanted a jacuzzi room which they had so we went for it.. Heres the pros:
1. Very comfertable bed
2. Even more comfertable pillows
3. Clean room
4. Great location

Cons:
1.No vending machine to be found and front desk was always busy so we left to get snakcs..
2. Jacuzzi tub was in bathroom.. Jets sit about 3 inches from bottom of tub.. Ur lucky to get them to spay half way up your back..
3. No ventalation fan.. :(
4. Got woke up by housekeeping knocking at 8:45am.. There was no do not disturb..
5. For bennigans being an inhotel restrouant.. You think the hours woulda been somewhere..

All around it was an older but pretty nice holiday inn.. Im not sure id stay there again.. I like sleepin in on vacation..

Sarah at the front desk was very helpful. Having the Bennigans attached to the hotel was a perk. The only down side of my stay was the housekeepers. Housekeeping is very loud in the morning. They talk to each other even when they arent next to each other(as in a few rooms apart so then they yell to hear each other)The room wasnt very clean. I didn't complain because I had recieved a free upgrade. The room had spilled pop behind the night stand that housekeeping missed. Also the lamp shade had seen better days. The furniture had some wear and tear. These are all things housekeeping should have cleaned and or informed management about in order to fix the issues. I have enclosed photos so management can work on these issues.

Went to Big Rapids as it is my girlfriend's college town. With not a lot of choices in town, and being a Priority Club Gold member, we picked Holiday Inn. Check-in was a breeze, showed my ID and got the preprinted contract and room keys in less than 30 seconds. Room was large and had a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. There was also a couch, table and desk in the room. Without knowing, we had been upgraded to a jacuzzi room at no extra charge which was a pleasant surprise when we entered the room. Free wireless internet worked great in the room.

Connected to the hotel is Bennigans, an Irish themed restaurant. Drinks and food were good and being connected to the hotel was a great plus.
