Got an excellent parking space. Staff was very good and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was very good. Took shuttle car to Casino and back. Never had to move my car. My wife and I have no complaints.

Our room was comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
Very convenient to Arcadia Brewing (for those doing the I-94 beer tour!)

We stayed at this hotel on a family trip. The kids attended a Battle Creek Knights basketball game in the Kellogg arena that is attached directly to the hotel lobby so they never had to go out side. We booked the casino package which came with free valet parking and 2 free breakfasts per room. There was some pounding and noise when we first go into our room but it only lastest until about 5:00 pm and then quit. We ended up stopping at a wrong floor and when the door opened, there was some major renovations going on so they are definately updating. Our room was clean, large and beautiful. The front desk and valet were very friendly and helpful. They even put up with our exchange student who called the front desk speaking a different language. Our breakfast was delicious. Our waitress ended up dropping our food as she came out of of the kitchen so we had to wait longer for our breakfast. Since we already recieved 4 free breakfast, they comped the other 3 meals and took $ off each on of our rooms for our wait. That is customer service. There is a Starbucks onsite. Didn't get to visit that because they were closed for the holidays but it would be a great amenity for guest who stay there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was awesome! The employees and staff very polite and friendly. We stay at a lot of hotels for wrestling and I would defintely put this one at the top of the list. Being that it was attached to the Arena made it very convenient. Absolutely would stay here again.
