the bar tender @ the lounge is a big disappointment. Not friendley, did not advise of food menu, answered questions like he could care less & very unhappy with attitude and service received.

As a retired hospital director of environmental services for 25 years I can honestly state that my wife and I had most enjoyable stay at this facility. The overall sanatation, quality of linens, food service, and pool, was well above average when compared with other motel/hotels that would cost considerably more for holiday and weekend stays. The staff was extremly helpfull providing assistance whenever requested and if there was anything out of the ordinary that the facility did not provide they suggested reasonable alerternatives. We required a handicap room with a wheelchair accessible shower, and this facility provided one of the best we have ever encountered. It was so impressive we are remodelling one of our home bathrooms on the same style, material and scale as the unit at Quality Suites. The other thing that impressed me was that the fact that the facility is not affilliated with the Fire Keepers Casino next door This speaks volumes of all that they offer at this top of the line facility without any additional incentive to do so. I would find it very hard to imagine a guest not being pleased. Thank you and please continue with you quality service and accommidations

I stayed here recently, and it is a terrible hotel. no elevator, so hauling suitcases up the stairs suck. To start out the door to my room was open when I got there, which scared me. The room had peeling paint & mildew on the walls. The AC was loud & you were either too cold or too hot. Everything looked like it needed to be updated. Carpet was torn & dirty. When I showered the water smelled like "well" water. So bring your own water for brushing your teeth & making coffee etc. I don't think I'll stay here again. I'll wait for the casino to open up a hotel before I come back.

This Quality Inn is located 1/4 mile from the Firekeeper's Casino. It is an older facility, getting a complete revamp. Don't let the older looking exterior throw you off, the place is really GREAT. Interior renovations are almost complete and they have done an awesome job. Rooms are quiet, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had a VERY comfortable King bed; A/C was quiet and effective; fridge, microwave, large LCD TV, free internet.
All hotel staff was friendly and very accomodating. Free breakfast was tasty, fresh, and staff kept busy making sure everyone was taken care of.
We have stayed here several times and found it to be an excellent value. (Show your Firekeeper's Rewards card for a discount.)
