We have always enjoyed Hampton Inns and this was no exception. Unfortunately, its greatest plus is also its greatest problem. It sits right on a main road in Woburn with its back to an interstate highway. As a result, traffic noise at night is a significant problem. Otherwise, their staff was very friendly, facilities as good as usual and a waitperson in the breakfast room who did an excellent job of keeping up with a considerable crowd due to the very busy weekend in the Boston area, including the Head of the Charles regatta. The only reason we might not use this hotel under other circumstances is its distance from downtown Boston and Cambridge. For the Head of the Charles weekend, it may be the most reasonable price/value in the area. Otherwise, we would have stayed closer into Boston.

Adequate hotel,usual Hampton Inn quality. Breakfast was decent, location was pretty good if your travels take you north of Boston since this property is located half a mile from the 95/93 split. Next to a shopping area with some fast food choices and a grocery store, etc. Very busy intersection though. Hotel property was well maintained and staff was friendly. The bathrooms seem to run on the small side and if you want a fridge in your room, ask for a 5th floor room. Property is non-smoking.

Hampton Inn Boston/Woburn
is a good place to stay. Nice service and clean and convinient location and environment.

I should have paid closer attention the reviews. The hotel service was strange. On two occasions, I had to shout at the front desk "excuse me" and "is anyone back there". Also, the hotel has a sign on the front desk bragging about all the great reviews from Tripadvisor. I had 3 large holes in my hotel closet and told the front desk about it the following morning. I was told it was probably from trying to fix the plumbing. That was a poor response and I told him it was odd the holes were never fixed. The holes were fixed by the time I returned later that day but room door was left open. Bathroom are very small and rooms are sparsely furnished.

The hotel wasn't awful but not nearly up to consistent Hampton standards. I won't stay here again unless the rate is much lower.
