We stayed for the weekend. We arrived late Friday and the hotel was booked. The room we were put in had only a king sized bed, even though we had requested two doubles. They did bring a cot for an extra $15/night not long after we requested it. While the beds were comfortable and the room was clean, the shower formed a big puddle on the bathroom floor and the first floor near our room smelled of cigarette smoke even though the floor appeared to be smoke-free. Some noise from other rooms and outside. Easy access to 95 was a plus. We would probably look elsewhere for our next stay in the Boston area.

Stayed here one night. The room was a good size and beds comfortable. Everything was clean. The hotel is on the outskirts of Boston. So, if you don't want to stay right in the middle of Boston and want a reasonable hotel, this is the perfect match. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was very helpful. No breakfast served but that's okay. The in-room coffee maker had a cracked pot so after I brewed a cup of coffee and went to pour myself a cup, the hot coffee leaked out the bottom and burned me. Front desk was apologetic and got me two cups of hot tea.

Rooms are average or slightly below average. Web site says the hotel was recently updated but it didn't show it. Rooms not real clean but acceptable.
