Average and slightly dated rooms. I seems the bulk of the attention went to outside appearance, not to the actual guest rooms. The hotel seemed too expensive ($110 incl tax) for what it offered.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the summer. The hotel is tucked away in an industrial park, so it was a little hard to find initially (at night). The hotel was very busy and must've been booked up because we ended up with a handicap room on the first floor (room 007). That also meant bringing our luggage (overpacked of course) down the stairs as the elevators were always filled with people. Once in the room, we saw that the bathroom floor was completely tiled like a high school shower, complete with drain in the middle of the floor.

Other than that, it was ok. The hotel wasn't too far of a drive to the city, which is what really counts. Still, I don't think we'd stay here again.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Woburn Boston North for two nights in September. Our room was clean with comfortable beds. The hallway noise was minimal. The bathroom was clean but a little old and barren. Overall, the rooms at this hotel could use updating.

Our room had minimal extra space for our young children like many of the Courtyard rooms. DVD players were not available, but the TV selection was adequate.

The pool was clean. The lobby had a lot of seating and a large deck, which overlooked a major highway. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast coupons provided to us.

I would return to this hotel in the future if I needed a room in the Woburn area. The price was very reasonable and the location was convenient. I prefer rooms with extra sitting room. But this hotel did meet our needs, and I don't have any complaints about our stay.

We booked this hotel for a very busy (Head of the Charles) weekend when other rooms in Boston were not be found or extremely expensive. Since we had a rental car, this hotel, which is not accessible by foot to the Boston subway, was a great alternative. It was not too far from the airport, and it was easy to find.

The hotel seems to be pretty new, and the room was clean and roomy. The public spaces were a bit bigger than most of the Courtyards I had stayed at before.

There is a good sized gym with several aerobics machines and some free weights.

We arrived late and left early the next morning, so we didn't stay very long. But we will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay near Boston if we have a car. Great that there is a large, free parking lot. Access to Cambridge and Boston by the freeway was very easy on the weekend.
