This place was good - clean, fridge, Microwave and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was acceptable and staff were helpful. However this was far from the best value place we have stayed in. It was equally the most expensive we have stayed in this trip and still not the best we have stayed in. Can't complain about anything with the place so would recommend.

The pool at this hotel was great to have for the kids. The staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the elevators were a bit shaky. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that is looking for an affordable place.

This was my first trip to Boston and did not know the location at all. I was impressed with the staff, everybody was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer all the questions. The rooms are nice and comfortable, small improvements needed here and there. Excellent housekeeping, good food, fresh coffee throughout the day at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? Front desk girls went all the way and beyond with directions and useful tips when visiting downtown Boston. Great management! Keep up the good work!

I recently held an event at the Best Western in Woburn and it exceeded my expectations. When you think Best Western, you think mediocre - but the staff really surprised me. Coffee was timely, and the Function Manager even gave us complimentary coffee at the end of the day. I would definitely return here - great value for a low price.
