I spent two nights at this Extended Stay, my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, the two defining things I look for in a hotel while on a business trip. The hotel is relatively close to 95 but you do not hear freeway noise. This property only offers coffee, muffins, bagels and apples or oranges for a breakfast but you have ability of buying and making food in the kitchenette. Woburn is on the North side of the Boston area but you are close to both I 95 and I 93 which will take you into Boston.

Great location, right off 95 close to everything. Friendly front counter staff. Few amenities. Bad breakfast, no office area or fitness center. Outdoor pool only closed after labor day. Small rooms but did have decent kitchenette with plates, glasses and silverware. Pullout couch and good sink area with closet. Lots of local restaurants

A converted hotel from another chain. Rooms are a bit smaller than other other ESAD, however they are good quality and have a super kitchen and there is a small mall across street for convenience. Right off highway..good access. Had a few problems with room (mattress )and staff immediately corrected them and offered another room..they were attentive and friendly, which for me is a real plus. You feel like a house guest in some ways. No sit down breakfast area (more of an "on the run" type breakfast) and no lobby to speak of or common room, but a bargain for the price and would stay there again because I felt welcomed. ...which to me is very important.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 5 years. We like the location, the friendly staff, and the quietness of the property. Our most recent visit may be our last. The bed was very uncomfortable and the fridge made a loud clanking sound every time it shut off. They claim that the rooms are non-smoking but some nights we could smell smoke coming in through the bathroom vent. Someone must have been smoking in the bathroom underneath us. It was disgusting. The "deluxe" breakfast was pre-packaged bagels, muffins, and fruit Monday through Friday (not on weekends).
