We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 5 years. We like the location, the friendly staff, and the quietness of the property. Our most recent visit may be our last. The bed was very uncomfortable and the fridge made a loud clanking sound every time it shut off. They claim that the rooms are non-smoking but some nights we could smell smoke coming in through the bathroom vent. Someone must have been smoking in the bathroom underneath us. It was disgusting. The "deluxe" breakfast was pre-packaged bagels, muffins, and fruit Monday through Friday (not on weekends).

We stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and directed us to the bus and subway. The price is fantastic! the room was clean and it had a full kitchen, which i did not expect. The only downfall is that it is pretty far from downtown Boston, but transportation to and from the city is very easy.

I was very happy with every aspect of this Extended Stay in Woburn. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful, the room was large enough for one adult and 3 teenagers to move around and be comfortable, the kitchen was spotless and it was very nice to be able to wake up in the morning and make pancakes and coffee! There is a grocery store right across the street, the hotel is conveniently located off of I-95 and it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the nearest MBTA station for the subway into Boston. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to visit Boston but doesn't want (or can't afford) to stay in the city.

So i do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Called Friday Night to reschedule my hotel because it was booked on sunday and a gentleman at the front desk said no worries and changed it for me. Now just to make sure I called to confirm on sunday and spoke to a women and she also said I was good to go. Now heres the messed up part I called on Monday to get checked in and spke to the manager Melissa and she told me there was no documentation and made several calls to expedia and to Melissa and still I have not recieved a call back from her. Spoke to a women name Wendy and she explain Melissa is busy because the hotel is big but basically treated me like I wasnt a customer. So i get no refund and no hotel and nobody will call any of the workers who worked those hours such bull. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO BOOK THROUGH THEM SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
