The Willows Motel came to our aid. We were staying in a very nasty place & I called the Willows to see if they could accomodate us. Not only did they accomodate us the price was reasonable. The room was very clean, comfortable and quaint. The staff was extremely nice and pleasant. We would definitely stay at the Willows again. Again, thank you for helping us at the last minute. we stayed at the cottage for 1 night and were unpleasantly surprised. While the cottage is very large, the facilities are old and run down. Heating did not work, the beds are old and need replacement and the overall decor needs an urgent renovation. On the plus side, everything worked - the shower, TV, etc.

I am a frequent visitor to Williamstown - several times annually for the Theatre Festival in July and August, and the Film Festival in October. We normally book our rooms based on availability / price as most of the motel-type offerings in town are quite nice, clean, comfortable, and comparably sized (not huge) and furnished. Prices can vary significantly depending on season, and in-town events (parents weekend at the college,,) and often multiple nights may be required on weekends. We were able to get a single Saturday via Priceline, at a very good price, and were pleasantly surprised that since our last visit to the Willows, the rooms have been nicely redone, including new bathrooms, bedding, walls, and thermostats. The new management and the cleaning staff are most courteous and friendly (say hi to Sunshine) - we arrived well before 11 AM and they went out of their way to make the room readily available, even though we advised that we were heading to the festival and would not need it until about 3 pm. Bonus, Michael's restaurant next door (Greek and Italian, casual) is among our favorites in town (Try the Shrimp Kalamata, or just a pizza).

My husband and myself stay at the willows motel for 3 nites.we loved it very clean and friendly staff.The owners are very helpful told us where to go and eat and about things to see and do in there area.We had a very nice stay,we like to travel alot so we stay in many motels this is one that we will come back to when in the area again, GOOD RATES>>> FREINDLY STAFF >>>>CLEAN ROOMS...
