This is now an Extended Stay Deluxe and TA should correct their listing. Don't confuse it with the ES's at 1800 Computer Dr or Connector Rd. This one at 180 E Main is an easy exit off rte 9 W from rte 495.
Stayed the night of June 27 while visiting family. We have stayed here twice before, for several nights at a time & on 2 visits last year. It is clean, well run, the staff is friendly and so are the guests, many of whom appear to be young male computer geeks. We use a suite with 1 bed & pull out sofa as there are 2 adults & a teen.
The bathroom is set apart by a sink/dressing area from the suite, so you have a space to dress. The sink counter is separate from the tub/toilet room; you can have someone showering while another is applying makeup, etc. The kitchen area is fully equipped with pots, pans/dishes etc for simple cooking or reheating items brought in. However, you do need to pick up a little bottle of dishwash liquid when you are getting your meals! There are also a toaster & small coffee maker.
Right up the road in town there is a Roche Bros supermarket (upscale small chain) which has a large & excellent selection of prepared meals---you can choose individual items or pick up things like made-on-site pot pies, pastas and so on, as well as juices, snacks & anything else a supermarket has. This market is within the shopping plaza to the left in the center of town.
Right across from the hotel there are a McDonalds & a Friendly's; also 2 nicer sit down restaurants are next door on the same side of the street. To get to the McDs & Fr, and Roche's, you turn left coming out of the lot & then right, to go under the highway. Use Google maps to check out the slightly involved driveways across rte 9 in that area.
The hotel includes a Cont breakfast on weekdays---it is nothing to get excited about, and you have to get to it early before the young guys scarf up all the fruit! We stuck with getting supplies from the Roche Bros. after one breakfast here.
The TV turns to either the bed or sofa, and has enough channels to usuallly find something. This hotel subscribes to a cable channel which carries Indian soap operas (with subtitles) and dance videos; our teen daughter loves those.
The price is incredibly reasonable compared to most places along rte 495 (we paid $80 this time); and it is easy on & off the road to access suburban towns. We have stayed here while visiting colleges and relatives & will continue to do so. There is an exercise room which my daughter has used & enjoys.
Because it is an extended stay type of place, not a full service hotel, I gave it a 3 for service---it's a motel with a kitchen--but the staff is very courteous & friendly.
