I was in Westborough, MA this past week on business and the client had booked us at the Extended Stay Deluxe in Westborough. While the outside doesn't look bad, once you enter the lobby your senses are overwhelmed with a variety of odors, none too pleasant.
In addition, the carpeting in the halls is bunching up and stained.

The rude awakening was the room. Dark, dingy and smelly. I had to go out and buy a scented candle to make it through the night. The tile in the kitchen area was all cracked and there was a layer of dust on top of the fridge and lamps throughout the room. The worst part was when I turned down the bed only to find I was sharing my bed with a few bugs that crawled out from under the pillow! Needless to say, I was gone the very next day!

There are other hotels in the area, so do yourself a favor and pass on this one!!!

This facility is really designed for business people who stay out of town on an extended basis. In a very small room, one finds a very comfortable double bed, loveseat that converts to a sleeper, television oddly placed, desk for work, and a kitchenette that is the showpiece of the area. My daughters and I were on the way back home and stayed here. My teen did not have the best night in the lumpy love seat bed, though the double was wonderful. Because we ate out we did not need the kitchenette, but there is a full sized fridge, dishes, two plate burner, and a dishwasher -- as well as the standard microwave! Bathroom was modern and clean with good shower pressure. Note that one has to ask for shampoo, etc. Desk staff were extremely courteous and friendly, very helpful with directions to local points of interest and the like. I would come again but not with two other people.
