My husband and I loved our stay at the Lambert's Cove. Scott and Kel were such wonderful hosts,always smiling and so friendly and nice. The inn is so lovely. We had a nice room and enjoyed the beautiful pool and grounds. The beach down the road which we had access too is amazing as well. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant are delicious!! We can not wait to go back. This was really a gem in Martha's Vineyard.

We just returned from a few days of R & R on Martha's Vineyard and I am ready to turn around and fly right back. We selected Lambert's Cove Inn and Restuarant based on the high praise from some well travelled friends. It did not disappoint.! Rooms are beautiful - first class. Groudnds are lovely - so peaceful and the food is...exquisite!! Service impeccable - and I could go on and on. We've already booked a return trip for early fall - and will be counting the days.

If you're looking for quiet comfort, Lambert's Cove fits the bill, but I highly recommend skipping Martha's Vineyard and go directly to Nantucket. But back to Lambert's Cove...please note you must bring your own wine. The young and inexperienced staff (a summer job it seemed for many) in the restaurant was charming and the food was good. The self conscience pianist was a nice touch and luckily our waitress sold us some left over wine from a wedding! One of the owners was very pleasant and friendly to a returning client, but completely ignored us during breakfast, but we won't hold it against him. A pleasant experience overall.

This was our second visit to Lambert's Cove and we are happy to report another fantastic stay. The property is nestled in the woods on the Vineyard which makes for a wonderful peaceful escape. The grounds have a pool and hot tub and a beautiful uniquely landscaped garden. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. A lovely private deck overlooked the woods and garden. Not to be missed is the nearby Lambert's Cove Beach which is a lush paradise with golden sand and crystalline warm water.
The restaurant at the inn is the finest on the island, bar none. The food, ambiance, and service all contribute to an unforgettable experience. The meal we had there was the best we've had in all the Cape & Islands.
Finally, no detail is overlooked by the gracious innkeepers, Kell and Scott, both consummate professionals who tirelessly attended to our every need to ensure a delightful stay. We can't wait to go back!
