Right from the start, checking in was easy and the clerk extremely courteous and helpful in providing information about the area and its attractions. The venue seems quite new and the rooms were spotless and spacious. Never a sound from the outdoors or the hallway troubled me. Continental breakfast was typically sparse, but I didn't choose the inn or its food. It is centrally located to the city center of Springfield. I will stay there again next year.

Right on Route 5 in West Springfield, this hotel sits on a small property but, it does have an outdoor swimming pool (suggest not in November it is emptied) and offers continential breakfast with your room stay. As a group of eleven we were offered ajoining rooms if we would like. The rooms were clean, offering flat screen tvs, coffee machines and blow dryers. The beds had more pillows than most hotels offer and comfortable mattresses. Restaurants glalore up and down the highway varying in price and style. The Big E is just 5 minutes away. Friendly service at the desk upon check in and check out was a breeze. Four floors of rooms including smoking and non-smoking, so for a Days Inn it was a great budget stay in the downtown Springfield area.

Stayed here while going to the BIg E and 6 Flags. Room was clean, many shops/restaurants on street. Easy access from highway. Breakfast was very basic, but overall it was fine for the price.

This place is close to six flags however we had rented a non smokeing room which we got, the floor we stayed on was non smokeing. The people in the room right next door to us were smokeing weed my children were in the room with us and our room had a smoke cloud from the weed being smoked right next door. We told the hotel staff and all they said is that behavior is frowned upon. Please if you have children do not stay there it's not worth the money the place is dirty and they only car about the money and not the guest. My family and I packed up and went home that night I was not going to stay there and would never stay there again.
