My wife and I stayed 5 nights here and did not want to leave,We stayed in the wicker room which was really comfortable lovely clean bedding and a cosy fireplace and a large jacuzzi bath tub. Sheila and Francis were very friendly and provided a great breakfast and informed us of what there was to do and see in the area.We went whale watching (the harbour is less than 15 minutes away) a truly wonderful experience.The property is in a rural area although most amenities are within a half hours drive away.
We would definately repeat our stay if we visit Cape Cod again.

My husband and I happened onto this bed and breakfast manor quite serendipitously.
We stopped to ask for rates and were welcomed into a relaxed and hospitable
atmosphere. It is a beautifully restored establishment and our room was very
pleasant with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning is not to be
outdone! It was fabulous. The host and hostess were very friendly as was little
Puck, the funny and loveable pooch.

Our second 2 night stay at Bursley in two years. Sheila really makes you feel welcome. Stayed in the "Wicker Room" - bright, airy, comfortable, good size. Large bathroom with spa. Great breakfast. Located in a quiet area, but close to beaches, good restaurants, etc. Will be back. Thanks for making our stay on the cape memorable.

We stayed in Mad Jack, a handsome room outfitted with a fireplace and a jacuzzi bathtub which certainly added to our weekend. The bed was firm and probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. In the morning, Sheila puts together a lovely breakfast including: waffles, fruits, eggs, bacon, granola - which we appreciated even more because we were not expecting such a wonderful layout.
We would certainly revisit the Bursley Manor the next time we vaca in the Cape.
