This is my favorite hotel within the chain. This hotel is surrounded by some upper brands, but I don't think you can find a better deal out there. The prices are always competitive and the service from the desk and even management is superb. I would recommend this to even the most business savvy traveler.

Room was a nice size. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels and blankets without asking.
Excellent wireless connection. Reception staff pleasant, helpful, smiling.. Great with local directions. 8 miles from Boston. We've paid more and gotten less at many other hotels.

Very disappointing, during week-ends, there is no room cleaning, no breakfast served as they advertised and no free wifi but the worst were the linens.. the first night we discovered dirty , used linens in our beds, hair on pillow cases. We had to change the sheets as they did not change them !!! First time in our years of travelling we faced that situation. where is the Deluxe in there...

I booked two room in this hotel even before reading reviews and found myself hoping that I didn't make a huge mistake. We arrived a couple of hours before check in time and were warmly greeted and checked into our rooms. It was an incredibly hot day and the pool was calling us. We dropped off our belongings and made a beeline to the pool. The room was a great surprise not at all what was stated in the reviews. They were clean, spacious and very comfortable setting. The pool area is very well maintained. There are available BBQ grills for guests as well as lounge chairs to sunbathe around the pool area. It was a family setting that many families were enjoying. It was a safe and appropriate environment for children. But also great for a group of friends who could lounge outside.
