Highly recommended. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and the price was excellent. Offered services (grocery shopping, shuttle bus, etc) were absolutely great.

Ok-- It is a passable place. But many Residence Inns are much better (I have had to stay at this one a few times due to limited choices in the area).. Often when checking in you are delayed as there is usually only one person on the desk. The rooms are standard Residence Inn furnishings-- on that I have to wonder if the people designing the new decor EVER stayed in a hotel themselves???? In the standard studio/King the desk faces away from the TV and there is NO WAY to change it around. The built in table/ counter also faces away from the TV. So working or eating and watching tv are not an option unless you sit on the extremely uncomfortable sofa. Maybe need an upgrade which I am seldom offered....

But back to this location--- the food at breakfast looks a bit sketchy, old and dried up eggs, the food was hit pretty hard and replenishment was harried and unappetizing. The sealed yogurt containers seemed to be the best bet. The breakfast area is set up very poorly as well with coffee located by the entrance to the Inn in the congested area where people are checking out.

The staff was very resistant to allowing a late checkout (although I have the Marriott status to expect this) and the rooms can be noisy in the wee hours. On another stay there was a major leak into my room in the middle of the night and they were reluctant to offer me a new room-- the bathroom floor was flooded and it was suggested I use the other bathroom. All in all they just don't seem to be trying very hard to make this a pleasant experience.

We visited family friend's on Tewksbury and the Residence Inn went over our expectatives. The suite was extra clean, I love the matress on my room. Breakfast buffet excellent and the staff incredible friendly.

I stayed at the Residence Inn Boston Tewksbury for 1 week on a business trip. It felt like a home away from home. I was traveling iwth a co-worker so we got a 2 bedroom. I was throughly impressed. We had our own space and separate bathrooms. The unit was exteremly clean. Each bedroom had a flatscreen televison and there was also one in the living room along with a fireplace. The staff was great. Breakfast was offered each morning. We also had a full kitchen equiped with dishes. I highly recommend this hotel.
