I've stayed here with my family every Columbus Day weekend for the past 5 years. It's quiet this time of year which makes it even more enjoyable (and less stressful, traffic wise). The grounds are beautifully landscaped and all cottages are within a VERY short walk to the beach (all on the same side of the street as the beach also). The community lawn has 3 or 4 huge charcoal grills and picnic tables and each cottage has its own set of Adirondack chairs with a table outside your door. We stay in Cottage# 2- Wallflower each year. It is furthest from the beach, but still only about a 1 minute walk across the beautifully landscaped lawn). I haven't been in the other cottages on the property, just caught glimpses through windows and open doors and I think this may be the least "up-to-date" of the cottages- but that's not to say it's not nice. It's more traditional New England cottage-y, meaning it's got a lot of beachy decorations and nothing too fancy. This particular cottage has a bedroom with 1 full size bed and one twin. A twin bed (which doubles as a couch) in the living and a futon in the living room, as well. (TV's in both the bedroom and living room) There are two full bathrooms and a full eat-in kitchen. Housekeeping is very efficient and helpful. (They do supply sheets, blankets, and towels). We love it here.
