I was leery of staying here after reading many negative reviews on Trip Advisor. To be honest,I do not know why so many people had complaints. I stayed there for five days in mid January, 2012. My room was quite large and very clean. Linens were changed every day and they were neat and crisp. I did see a linen truck parked outside one day, so I assume all linens were laundered outside the facility. The bathroom was small, buty it was big enough for me and it was in good condition.
The lobby area was very nice. The inside pool was large and very inviting looking. I did not use it because I did not bring a bathing suit to Massachusetts because it was winter time. Other guests who did use the pool were very positive about it.
Breakfast area was very nice with a typical motel breakfast. It was ok if you are into motel breakfasts. I don't know why motels serve breakfast anyway, since I would rather have a full, cooked to order breakfast. I did go in for coffee and juice each morning and the guests seemed satisfied with their breakfast.
Front desk service was excellent.
