i found that this was a very friendly and welcoming place to stay,my brother had to have surgery at mass general and was there for a week,with a medical discount on our room that had two queen beds,a free breakfast every morning was very convenient for us,a free shuttle going to and from the hospital every day was available,and if you have the option to take the shuttle believe me if you are an out of town or out of state family it is much easier and cheaper to take a shuttle.you have free parking at this hotel where at the hospital it is not free.maid service was everyday,and you are walking distance to dunkin donuts and a 99 restaurant which has wonderful food-a menu is in the drawer of your room and call ahead for it.you have a kmart and stop and shop very close.free laundry was great to have also,we had to stay an extra day more than we had planned on,the day we had to leave we were not possitive that he was being released from the hospital-as we had a conversation about not knowing what we would do the people there told us if that happens to come back and they will see what they can do-so we knew we were not out of a place to sleep which was very comforting to hear.i would recommend this hotel to anyone.i'm sure to some people this isn't a five star hotel but i've stayed in alot worse for more money-so from me personnaly i will give it 5 stars. thank you laquinta staff for being so friendly and caring! from betty,david,lori & tonya-the ny family

I stayed here for one night this week as it was close to my office and I had a late function that eve. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are fine, Flat screen TV and overall a decent hotel. But as in the past, at 7:01AM the housekeeping staff is up and down the halls, knocking on doors; running vacuums and chatting up a storm. Very annoying. I could only get my shower to luke warm. Breakfast was the basic make your own continental set up. Cereal, waffles. Some fruit (no banana's which Many people prefer on their cereal), Watered down juice and the coffee also lukewarm. Clean, nice, comfortable room and free laundry machine for use. Met very UNFRIENDLY reception lady staffs. When asked for help for metro and restaurants in town, 1 of them doesn't bother to listen and the other lady just throw the leaflets from my back over my shoulder. Was shock with their rude behavior.
