Got a very nice bedroom suite room - very spacious! Clean, comfortable, free parking and free high-speed Internet that connected smoothly. Given the size of the nice room, wish there was high-speed wireless WiFi so I could stretch out on the comfy bed and do my work rather than sitting at the desk.

Package we got included the buffet breakfast and given this hotel is owned by JWU and has culinary students working there, the breakfast was unimpressive and very limited in hot food choices.

The character and charm of an older hotel with updated room amenities. My room was huge, clean, quiet, had a refrigerator, and the service was great. Staff was very helpful and restaurant lives up to the Johnson and Wales name. Would absolutely stay there again.

This hotel property provides a co-op experience for students learning the hospitality industry. My one-night stay in December, 2011 was very satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. No wireless in the rooms, but the high-speed internet worked fine and at no cost. On-site restaurant has very limited hours, but provides a good (not great) free continental breakfast (or you can order off the menu and pay for it). Front desk staff was friendly and helpful (such as with a copying project I had for business). They allowed a late check-out with no questions or hassles, which is always appreciated.

We enjoyed a quiet two nights at the JW Inn while visiting the University. Staff was very kind and room was comfortable.
