I stay in hotels about 175 nights a year and this is an very good value. The staff is very pleasant and the hotel is clean and comfortable. From the people at the desk to the people who clean they do all they can to make ones stay enjoyable. I have stayed here for many years,even when offered comparable rates at other hotels. It is accompanied by an attached Italian restaurant of good food and convivial atmosphere. It is safe,easy to access and a welcome rest at the end of a work day.

From the outside, the lobby, and the hall way you see this hotel needs a face lift. The continental breakfast is in a meeting room but is very nice offering. The sleeping rooms are adequate and the staff is very pleasant. What really makes if work is the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Great food, good service and very reasonably priced.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night. We were in town
for the Roger Williams Jack-O-Lantern spectacular and then to the zoo
the following day. Unfortunately, the spectacular was rained out but the hotel staff were
very helpful recommending a restaurant and supplying us with directions.
The hotel lobby was warm and inviting, beautifully decorated
with fall decorations. Check in staff was pleasant and friendly.
The room was clean, had a fridge and microwave. We had a non-smoking
room, some of the hallways we had to walk through
smelled like smoke, but I think that is expected if it was walking
through a block of "smoking" rooms. The beds were very comfortable!
The bathroom toiletries were nice- citrus sugar scented. Better than
the usual hotel toiletries. Check out was seamless, we missed continental
breakfast so can't comment on that. Otherwise a clean, pleasant restful
evening! Would definitely return if we need to revisit the area.

We had stayed in the hotel two years ago and were pleasantly surprised with the renovated room on our return visit. The room was clean and comfortable and beds were new. The complimentary continental breakfast was well stocked. I was thrilled to find out that I could use the fitness room in their sister property the Hampton Inn.

The Ramada was a great value with a very friendly staff including everyone from housekeeping,the front desk and the staff overseeing the breakfast room.
