Motel is at the start of the Cape with a very nice restaurant next door who gives a 10% discount to those who stay here......worth the money except the idea if you check in before 3 they want $10 additional

This was an excellent value motel especially compared with the very expensive lodgings in nearby Sandwich. Its location was excellent and we did not think that it deserved the bad reviews that we read about on trip advisor. Yes there were a few problems - the plug did not work in the bathroom but for 1 night it was fine.

The good points at this establishment: big room, nice hot tub, quiet, nice shower head, clean bathroom. The not so much: the first night my husband received an abrasion on his ankle from the spring sticking up in the mattress (the mattresses could stand to be replaced); the continental breakfast was a definite "not so much"; a light was out in the bathroom and was not replaced even though we requested it; the carpet was evidently not vacuumed very well from previous guests since a deodorant can (not ours) was visible.

We stayed here during our Diamond Tour of Cape Cod. The rooms were very large and very clean. It included a kitchen sink/cabinet, refrig and microwave. A continental breakfast is included and was just ok, no waffles or yogurt. I prefer eggs for breakfast so I went across the street to the Stop and Shop and bought microwavable meals for breakfast and some yogurt so I was happy with that. There's also a CVS pharmacy across the street so that's convenient.

There's an indoor pool and hot tub so we used that a couple of nights after a long day on the bus. The staff was helpful and pleasant enough. The maid service was very good and the hotel was clean, the beds comfortable.
