We were with our friends touring New England a stayed 3 nights at Country Acres and found the place ideal
Both our rooms were clean and tidy with loads of space
Location was fine for visiting the other parts of the Cape
Owner was very helpful and the price very reasonable

Our room with 2 double beds was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The grounds are lovely.
Becky graciously made decaffe coffee to go along with orange juice and delicious muffins to start our day.
We found the location to be convenient to all attractions and restaurants.
There was a bit of a musty smell in our room, but it mostly disappeared after opening the windows. Maybe a small dehumidifier would help.
We would certainly stay again.

I booked the extra large room with 2 beds for my husband, myself and 2 teenage girls. I chose this place based on reviews here. I want to say FIRST that I don't think I've ever eaten muffins more delicious than the ones served here for breakfast -- YUM! Yes, it's not the most updated place but we just wanted a quiet place to sleep while we toured the Cape for 4 days...and this worked great.

We needed help with using the TV (because we had unplugged it and then settings needed to be fixed- totally our fault) around 10 pm one night and the owner came over within minutes, fixed it, smiled and that was that. Nice!

My adult daughter and I were looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay overnight for a quick Cape getaway. Country Acres fit the bill perfectly. It is family-run and family-friendly. The rooms were clean and very spacious; the beds were comfortable. Should we have needed them, there were a small fridge and microwave. The decor is somewhat old-fashioned (dated), but in a charming way. The bathroom reminded me of my 1960's childhood home, complete with pastel towels. Location, on Route 6A, made it very convenient.
