When I first arrived, I didn't have a high expectation because usually all B&B are all the same. But man, I was surprised! Richard, the owner, took us on a tour and showed us the cozy living room full of books, Dvds, sweet treats. He also serves liquour that's always on the table fever you wanna have a glass after your meal. The dining room is exquisite. The host provides sodas, coffee, tea, hot chocolate that you can get anytime.

My partner and I stayed at Robert Tobey. It's such a classic, with a bedroom, a sitting room, a powder room, and a full bathroom. The tub has whirlpool jet which is great! The room also has a fireplace which is so romantic. We slept well.
The place is soo clean and cozy. Richard is a great host! He cooks super well. Normally at B&B you eat cereal, toast, egg, etc. But here, he provides you with a high class gourmet breakfast, which is to die for!!!! I'm a picky eater, but I eat all my breakfasts here!! You have to stay here if you go to SAndwich.

The QTH is a beautiful period house.Relaxing,comfortable and with great attention to detail. The breakfasts, home cooked by Richard, were to die for.We stayed in the Samuel Beale suite on the ground floor which was exceptionally spacious and a delight.

my sister and i only stayed one night regretably, at the quince tree house while visiting family in sandwich...we stayed in the suite on the first floor where we had a queen bedroom and a sitting room with a pull-out couch...the rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable ...the inn provides a refrigerator with cold drinks, a coffee and tea bar and snacks...the breakfast was outstanding with warm banana nut muffins, poached pears, and a delicious eggs florentine souffle ...i can't wait until we can go back again to this charming, restful place

We recently stayed at the 18 30 Quince Tree House to celebrate my Birthday. We were the only guests that weekend to stay at the B&B so it felt like our own! Richard was a very accommodating host. His Breakfasts were outstanding and not the run of the mill breakfasts that we have had at other places. The room was beautifully appointed and extremely clean. The grounds were beautiful and it is an ideal location to explore the village of Sandwich or to you use as your home base to explore the rest of the cape. Looking forward to another visit soon. We highly recommend it!
