One of the only B&B's to rent rooms for single nights, the Windfall House saved us last weekend by allowing us to stay over on a Saturday only (most places in the Cape need a 2 or 3 day minimum in high season). The innkeepers have a lovely property, and Caleb was wonderful upon arrival. They were incredible helpful, available if needed, but unobtrusive otherwise. There was afternoon wine for those who wished, unlimited coffee, water, or wine in the dining room, and a hearty good self-serve breakfast. The grounds of the inn have a lovely mini koi pond with a gazebo. All of it was well maintained and there is ample free parking. It was walkable to the historic downtown. We stayed in the E. Gorey room, which was named for the local Cape Cod artist, but didn't have any of the creepy (yet delightful) art represented. The sheets were sublime. We had to go back and nap after breakfast just to enjoy them again. Loved it snd recommend it unreservedly.
