Everything written about views and location is right on - beautiful. You can enjoy gorgeous views from lawn chairs at edge of the Atlantic, on the outside covered porch, glass enclosed eating area or your room. Neighborhood is beautiful; great for walking. Rockport just around corner and Gloucester is a very short drive along the water - spectacular views. Breakfast is continental, as advertised, but had fresh baked muffins both mornings and my wife thought the homemade granola was great. Home is early 1900's so there's some upkeep issues, shower water could've been a bit hotter, but still very nice with modern amenities - mini fridge, microwave, snacks, computer and small flat screen tv in sitting area. You come to the coast for the coast and it's at your doorstep. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
