My wife and I went through Priceline for one night at an airport
hotel in Boston. Boston hotels were very expensive and I bid $50
after being told repeatedly by Priceline I would not get a room.
Well, I ended up with a Marriott Fairfield for $50 plus Priceline
ees for $64 total. I am very seldom disappointed with Marriott
and this was no exception. Check-in was very fast, courteous
and effecient. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Everything about the accommodations was fine.
I do agree with some of the other reviews that this hotel was too far away
to be classified as an airport hotel but this was Priceline's issue
so it is unfair to blame the Marriott. In fact, they have worked out a flat rate with a taxi company to get you to BOS Logan for $22. Also the location of the hotel
was not the normal Fairfield neighborhood, but so what, one night and I'm flying home.
All in all a good deal.

I booked on Priceline, and admittedly was a little surprised when Priceline considered this hotel an "airport hotel," since it's really not that close to the airport (or any public transportation at all). But, aside from the location, it's a good place. My room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

My wife and I stayed here one night on our drive to Maine, and enjoyed this hotel. Easy to find and get in and out of, the staf were helpful, and the Jacuzzi was very refreshing. Because we wanted to rest, we didn't venture out to find dinner, but we ordered very good delivered meal from Jeff's Place of Saugus. MA, recommended by the staff. I can't comment on the cost of the room since I used Marriott points, but this hotel was one of the better stays on our trip.

Working thorugh Boston traffic is a challenge . Fairfield Inn is an excellent opportunity to stage for an airport departure. The staff was most helpful in directions to the local resturants and the directions were spot on. This is a standard chain location that meets all expectations. We would stay there on a future trip.
