Spent one night here before leaving the Boston area- I wanted a close in location to Logan so I could drop off my rental car easily in the AM before my flight out. (They also offer shuttle service.) It is located right on a busy street but parking was OK and it seemed safe enough. The motel is on the older side, but the room was nicely updated, small but pleasant. Small bath. Stayed on the lower level which was a little weird- windows opened up to the tires of cars parked in the lot. Front desk directed me to a small Italian restaurant within walking distance for dinner- through the church parking lot. I think it was Maggios- had an pasta dish w/sausage and garlic- old style- could have fed 3 people! It was easy to get out in the AM and I got to the rental lot in about 20 minutes- very early on a rainy weekday. No breakfast offered here.

I had a great experience with this hotel. The customer service was great, especially the very accommodating courtesy van and driver -- and this made it easy to get around (I used the MTA to get around and the van made this easy). The room was "new," comfortable, and clean.

I was looking for a place to stay overnight near the airport and Boston is expensive so I tried the Rodeway with some credits I had received at other hotels. I was not disappointed. The motel is located directly alongside a busy highway and there is no elevator or breakfast offered. However, there was fresh coffee free when I checked in and the shuttle from the airport arrived shortly after I called. Getting back to the airport the shuttle only runs on the hour, so that could be inconvenient, but for drivers there is off street parking. I was quite satisfied.

I stayed there for 2 nights before leaving on a 14 day cruise. This was the most inexpensive hotel I could find that was close to a metro stop and Boston. As soon as I got off my plane I called for the shuttle and they were there within minutes. I was given a room right next door to the reception area on the 2nd floor. I was shocked when I opened the door and saw how big the room was. Also a nice sized bathroom with a window that opens. Nice room! My only complaint is soundproofing. I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking around and the next morning I could hear my next door neighbor's conversation. But I found the whole staff including Sean to be very friendly. Sean is a good manager and it shows!

I found a place a few blocks a way called Mak's Roast Beef & Pizza where I had one of the best Pepperoni & Sausage pizzas. I also went there the 2nd night for their famous Super Roast Beef Sandwich. It was amazing.

I walked to the Metro Stop in 15 minutes and was in Boston in another 15 minutes. I walked back to the hotel after visiting Boston. It was easy!

So if you are little adventurous and don't mind walking a little then I would highly recommend staying at this Rodeway Inn in Revere, Ma.
