Our hosts Bill and Jose were great, welcoming us each morning with a lovely continential breakfast that we could either enjoy in the antique filled front room or in our lovely light filled, impeccably maintained room. The location cannot be surpassed. Steps from the center of town and near everything. A true gem!

This was our first time staying with Bill & Jose and we loved it!! Very helpful and friendly hosts! Always willing to help with any questions I had! Even with band-aids when my gf had a minor injury ! : ) Loved our room and the location was great! We even stayed an extra day ! We will be back next year!

I stayed at this lovely 19th century guest house in June 2010 & truly enjoyed the experience! The house is full of lovely antiques & the room with private bath was very cozy & comfortable! The staff/owners are Extremely Friendly & very Accommodating not to mention very Helpful with info of Ptown! I have been vacationing in Provincetown once or twice yearly for over 20 years now, moving from place to place practically every time. Ever since i discovered the Bradford-Carver House I have stayed there only, every single time and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. It has everything I need - a great central location, parking, comfortable beautiful rooms. Bill and Jose are great hosts, always nice to chat with. I am at the point where I really do feel like I am visiting old friends whevever I stay there.
