The owners are more interested in visiting shows then being good hosts. They just do it the easiest way..... Plastic knifes, plastic cups and platic plates in the morning in a expensive B&B are DISGUSTING. There was no coffee during the day, the rooms are tiny, the public lounge is small and not cozy. The only nice thing were the outside spaces. I never would go there again.

My boyfriend, our 2 friends, and I all stayed in one room at the Grandview during a typical beautiful weekend in P-Town. We were so impressed with the location and the fact that the inn had parking! The innkeepers, Gary and Jeff were always around and able to provide us great recommendations on restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The inn also has 2 amazing decks that provide unbelievable views of the harbor. We spent our evenings and mornings on the deck enjoying the views. Our room was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. Overall, it was a great experience staying at the Grand View Inn and I would recommend it to anyone!

Great stay, great price, fantastic friendly hosts, center of town. This was not my first trip to Provincetown but my first stay at the Grand View Inn, It will not be my last. The place is great. Do not let the shared bath scare you as I never ran into a situation of waiting, nor running into people. The house is well kept, and all my needs were met. The two guys that ran it could not be nicer hosts. A great place to stay.

The Grandview Inn has the basics you need to have a great vacation in Ptown. We weren't looking to spend alot of money on a hotel but the place needed to be clean and have great access to the town and beach. Really you cannot complain about the cleanliness of the room. They changed garbages and put on fresh sheets during the stay. The location is great - steps to the main street - a short walk to the grocery store and a nice walk to the beach. We would return to this place again
