We just spent three days at the Prince Albert and we loved it. Service and staff were excellent and helpful. The room (#17) was located on the top floor in the rear and was extremely quiet. Although small it had everything we wanted, comfortable bed, private bath, and a small private deck. The location was perfect. Located in the west end it's just outside all the hustle and bustle that we love about Provincetown. A two minute walk and we were in the thick of restaurants, entertainment and shops. We loved the breakfast set up and the outside comfortable front seating area where we would sit and people watch, read, and drink our wine . we got a lot of comments from passers that they envied our relaxed attitude. Parking was our biggest complaint. There is none. The owner gave us a map that showed us where we could park overnight (town parking lot). It was an uphill five/ten minute walk. $13.00/day was actually pretty good and it allowed in and out capabilities that the private parking lots did not. The owner was generous three days of parking off our bill. If you go on a weekend that has big events parking is almost impossible to find. The only other complaint was the in-room refrigerator was very loud when it came on. I actually had to turn it off at night it became so distracting.

Thank you for your hospitality, amazing service, and another great stay at The Prince Albert. This was are second year at your establishment and we already want to plan for next Memorial Day weekend with you. The Prince Albert and room 13 has now become a tradition for Memorial Day weekend. We rented one side of the Inn to accomodate family guests for a wedding that took place over Thanksgiving weekend. What a wonderful experience! The staff was so accomodating (even for the family members who brought puppies along)! Everyone raved about the morning waffles & how friendly everyone was. The rooms were clean, comfortable and inviting. And, of course, the location was fabulous - walking distance to everything.

Our very large family visited Provincetown and stayed at the Prince Albert Guest House for the Thanksgiving weekend. From the time we checked in until the time we left, we experienced exceptional service from both the innkeepers and the staff. They provided excellent, accurate information about the area and whats happening in town. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious! To top it all off, just about everything is within walking distance and the views are spectacular!
