I was in Provincetown for a couple of days and stayed at Enzo's guest house.
First - the location is great - it is right on the main shopping street where all the cool restaurants and art houses are - Commercial Street.
Second - it's a short walk to the Pier to catch the ferry and to do whale watching.
Third - great staff. They don't usually bother you, and it's got a good restaurant (I did not eat here, but I read good reviews on it).
Fourth - the bathroom was clean, modern and spacious. It was recently all re-done and the owners did spend some good cash on it. Overall - I was pleased with the bathroom.
My room was quite small, but comfortable and I did find the bed too soft. This was the main drawback to this room. But considering that in Provincetown for summer, the place is busy with many vacationers from Boston, and rooms are limited, the price of $175/night seems adequate.
One of the drawbacks was that whilst I was in bed I could still hear the commotion outside, especially when the restaurant is still open. I was also provided with a wireless passcode which never really worked.
