The place is nice if you are looking for a spot with your pet. Location is perfect and parking within 2-5 minutes. I don't think I would stay here without my dog though. I stayed 5 nights and they didn't change my sheets once. Maybe it's a bed and breakfast thing but when you pay 300 bucks a night, I at least expect that. Overall, was pretty tidy. I wish I had a nice view on the ocean, but this hotel located on a second Street fron Commercial St.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your recent stay with us! We love to pamper our four legged guests! Nothing but the best for them! Beds, bowls, biscuits and the Bas Relief Park right next door makes our hotel a "puppy paradise!" We are proud of our central location which is only one block removed from Commercial Street where one can find all the shops, restaurants, galleries, whale watch boats and the town beach. The location is relatively quiet though which you would not get if you were staying by the beach. Instead you can enjoy the view of the garden and the Pilgrim Monument which is just a minute away.
Thank you for the comment about the room service. The only reason why you might not get room service on a certain day is if the privacy sign is on the door knob, otherwise the rooms are always served till 2 pm. Your privacy and comfort always come first. Moreover, our guests are absolutely welcome to let the owners or the front desk know about anything they need or might additionally want. We are always happy to assist. Never hesitate to turn to us. We are always there for you.
We hope you choose to have your next stay in Provincetown with us.We promise to do everything we can to exceed your expectations this time and keep you coming back!

My husband, adult daughter, a dog, and I have just spent a week in P-town at Gabriel's. We are frequent travelers to the Cape, especially to Provincetown, but it was our first time in this hotel. Since our arrival we were delighted by the setting, the entrance through a lovely garden to our rooms (Michael Patrick) and the magnificent location. The people at reception and especially in the breakfast room are so cordial and friendly and helpful that we immediately decided we have to go back soon for a longer stay. Unbelievably, we didn't realize there was a 'real' breakfast offered every morning and we casually showed up the last day to have a coffee. With great chagrin, we discovered that the breakfast we have missed was amazing, varied and home-made. Besides, the atmosphere was warm and cheerful and every person of the staff tried to make us feel comfortable. Our room (or rooms) consisted of a comfortable queen bed and bathroom and a kitchenette and seating space, plus a separate bedroom and bathroom, with an independent door. There were 3 TV sets! and very good Internet connection. Since the kitchenette is part of the main room, people in the second room will have to wait in the morning until the occupants of that room are up if they want to make a coffee. Through a gate we were connected to a green space, that simplified enormously the dog walks. And waking up every day in the center of P-Town, being able to walk to the East or the West Ends, and with so many attractions at hand was a joy.

Room tip: If available, higher floors are usually quieter being free of the noise of people walking above.

We are excited to hear you and your family enjoyed the stay at Michael Patrick! It is a room that can accommodate a big family and your pets. With a kitchen area and three TVs at this cozy spacious apartment, it is understandable why you missed the breakfasts!
Next time though, make sure to crawl out of your idyllic rooms to indulge in the delicious morning treats and our free from-scratch hot organic breakfast. The selection of coffee and tea is available in the Great Room 24/7, so you don't have to wait for your morning coffee even if you sleep at a smaller room in Michael Patrick.
We hope to see your lovely family and pets soon. It was a pleasure

My husband and I have just returned from a stay at the Provincetown Hotel at Gabriel's. We were in town for a wedding and other friends also chose to stay there. Twice before we arrived, we were contacted to find out if there was anything they could do for us before our scheduled check-in, and the staff were happy to arrange shuttle service for us from the airport. We were picked up by Anna who gave us the introductory tour of the beach areas and then brought us to our home away from home for the next 3 nights. The hotel is perfectly located for walking to just about everything in town.
Everything about our stay was wonderful. the bed was comfortable, the breakfasts were ample, and what we really enjoyed was the common sitting areas, inside and out, where we could meet up with our friends rather than having to hang out in someone's room. Our room was equipped with a small wet bar area with just the right utensils to enjoy light snacks and beverages.
Christopher manned the desk on the first part of our weekend, and made sure to check with us that we were settling in okay. A big thanks to everyone on the staff, you all could not have been more friendly or accommodating!

Our staff is glad to hear we could make your stay unforgettable. Our free shuttle service is always available if you need a drive from the airport. Our staff knows the city upside down and inside out, so we are always happy to recommend the hidden Ptown gems.
We will be excited to welcome you back at your new "home away from home" soon!

Arrived at the hotel and after a speedy check we were escorted to the Agatha Christie room on the 2nd floor. Plenty of space with 2 queen beds and lots of wardrobe space too. Breakfast was really good and after a number of buffets, was nice to have a home cooked one again. Choices changed daily and included waffles, French toast and spinach scrambled eggs. The hotel is well placed for a very short walk into town (Commercial Street) as well as the Pilgrim's Monument. Parking was $10.00 a day and was also a short drive/walk away.

We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay with us at the Provincetown Hotel at Gabriel's. Agatha is indeed a spacious room with a unique set of old style New England carpeted stairs and a Jacuzzi tub.
It is close to impossible to find free parking in town, and we are happy to offer affordable parking which, combined with our central location, is a real hit.
We hope to see you at our lovely hotel some time soon!

My husband and I stayed at this exquisite hotel from 9/2 to 9/10. We had a wonderful experience. We stayed in the "Susan", and it is probably the nicest hotel room we've ever stayed in. It is very spacious, more like a very roomy studio apartment than a typical hotel room. It has a king sized bed, regular sized sofa, dining room table with four chairs, kitchenette area with a toaster oven, microwave, sink, and a small refrigerator. The room is beautifully decorated. There are two entrances to the room: one is a private side entrance and the other leads out to a gorgeous garden/courtyard area. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub which is separate from a spacious shower. Then there are the delicious, home made breakfasts that my husband and I were treated to every morning. Did I mention how genuinely nice and accommodating everyone working there was to us?! Also, you cannot beat the location! This hotel is literally in the middle of town, but it's not on Commercial St., so it maintains the feeling of being a peaceful oasis. My husband and I are looking forward to returning. We highly recommend it!

Room tip: Ground floor rooms are easily accessible.

Thank you for the wonderful review, Maria! You have described visibly everything one need to know about staying in Susan. We also love this room.
We hope we can make it a tradition with you coming back and staying at the Provincetown Hotel at Gabriel's in Susan Room again and a again. Or you might want to tour around the Gabriel's and stay at a different room every time you come!
