I returned to Dexters this past weekend and I cannot believe the transformation of this place! - It was always a great place to stay but it did need some work. The new rooms (which are well worth the few extra dollars to reserve!) are honestly incredible. The old blue carpets and dark wood has been replaced with wooden floors and fresh white rooms with gorgeous vintage antiques that decorate the rooms. New beds new AC and Tvs that are finally from this decade ! :) The rooms also seem to be bigger (maybe it is just the paint and white linens!) The bathrooms are brand new and so beautiful - I want my bathroom at home to look like that !. The owners are so nice and they really cared about our stay and made great recommendations for while we were visiting. ( Thank you David - "Victors" was great for dinner!) Also the breakfast was yummy - it was different every day and the new breakfast room is lovely - try and get a little spot in the garden! - We will be back Dexters!
