We stayed here one Saturday night two years ago, and from what I'm reading, it doesn't sound like the place has changed much. Check-in was annoying, and the room was like absolute bare minimum for me to stay there. Room was musty-smelling, almost like the door hadn't been opened in months. Bedding and furniture were like 30 years old but not in a good way. The worst part was the shower, there was minimal water pressure and hardly any hot water, even though we ran it for 10 minutes before showering. The "continental breakfast" was laughable and sad - pre-packaged items like honey buns and Sunny D-Light (not joking!). We obviously went elsewhere. For the $150/nite, we could've stayed at a bed and breakfast, though unfortunately we needed one more night which we were unable to get. I definitely would never, ever stay there again unless I was paid $300/night. If it weren't for the location, this place would be out of business after it's first season. Total disgrace to the Cape.
