I stayed at the Madison Inn for just one night for a business trip. The room was much smaller than the picture online, but it was clean, was nicely decorated, and had a.c. If there was a weakness, I would say it would be the young lady at the front desk. She was nice, but not very welcoming and not too helpful when it came to explaining some things. Hey, I understand it is a small area, but there was nobody to explain how to drop of bags, as there is no immediate parking in the area. Upon checkout, I had the same issue... I waited for her to acknowledge my standing there to ask her a question while on the phone... nothing. To which point I had to interrupt her. Then upon returning from bringing my car around, I had to interrupt again in order to ask about check out. She was a nice girl, but I don't see her as one that is that great at multi-tasking.More
