Hotel neighborhood location is really good, the attention is nice, Breakfast is really nice, you can have your bottle of wine and they will give you some glasses for enjoy it while sitting on the porch. Although room was dirty, had some bugs, hair, blinds were holding some spiders. It's affordable but clean is nothing to do with price. It could be average but cleanliness is the most important for us.

Very friendly staff,clean rooms,EXCELLENT customer service,perfect location with the beach and ferry a walk down the block. Nice porch to sit out and relax on after a long day exploring the island,and if your there to fish,make sure you bring back extra fillets for deirdre and the staff!! Great place to stay,both the hotel and island!

More of a Bed and Breakfast than a hotel, the Pequot offers the charm of the Vineyards Gingerbread houses at an affordable price.
The Good: Location is great, staff is friendly, cookies and lemonade.
The Bad: Walls were a little too thin and the beds a little too firm.
Tips: This applies to anywhere in Martha's Vineyard - Travel in the off -season. Much less crowded and inexpensive.

Your stay starts by a warm staff greeting, followed by homemade cookies and drinks in the ground floor living room. All rooms decorated to perfection. Delicious continental breakfast. A bit of a walk to town. Try to get a room in the main building.

Under new managment, but with old Vineyard charm in tact. True cottage vibe. Lisa, the manager, is lovely and adds a sparkle to the property. Casual, comfortable, and convenient to beach, shops, and restaurants. This spot is an economical option when craving the magic of the Vineyard.
