Moved to this hotel after a nasty experience at the Sheraton nearby. This was so different in every way, great location, great service, great atmosphere following recent upgrades and renovations. Only down-side is the selection for breakfast, but well prepared and served with courtesy.

I grew up in Natick and needed a place to stay on Christmas Eve. The staff was amazing friendly for having to be working during the Holidays. Pricelined the room for 69. Clean and modern, this is always a favorite due to its location.

Staff has been a pleasure to deal with. We were stopping in the Natick area on the way home from another trip and arrived much earlier than expected. There was no problem checking in early. Renovations at the moment seem only to be taking place in the lobby area. The renovated rooms are indeed nice but small. Traveling w/ a toddler, we usually reserve a room on the club/executive floor as we certainly need more space between our luggage and just space for her to stretch her legs. Management didn't hesistate to upgrade to a larger room which was much appreciated. It was our fault in not noticing that the property has no pool. The rooms, elevators, lobby (even w/ the work going on midday), and exterior grounds are all clean and well kept. The fitness room was a lot better than some other places we've stayed in the past few months. This hotel is directly across rt 9 from the Natick Collection (mall). Being christmas season, parking is a nightmare so at the advice of the front desk, we took the shuttle over for dinner and the driver also immediately returned to pick us up when we were ready. So overall, enjoying our stay, and would return again. Only thing to note is when booking through the Priority Club website, it states that reserving an executive floor room also comes w/ an evening reception, there is none while the renovations are ongoing but I expect that to be rectified once all is said and done.

Although construction is underway, I can attest to the fact that the quality of the room renovations is exceptional. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Look forward to visiting again to see the finished product!
