I used the online registration to book a room for 3 days (the 21st-23rd of Jan.) for my wife and I to attend my Uncle's funeral. It was a hectic day; trying to get plane tickets, rental cars, get work tied up etc.... I realized a couple of hours after booking the room that in my haste because of the short notice combined with my emotional turmoil that I had put in the wrong dates. Of all the corrections I had to do after discovering my error, this Doubletree's very friendly and VERY efficient front desk staff did the absolute best job --hands down! One single, pleasant and simple phone call and the dates were corrected with a new confirmation e-mail sent and a huge burden lifted off of my shoulders....THANK YOU!
